If you cannot make your scheduled appointment time, please give 24 hours notice

If you are 30 minutes late for your appointment, it will be rescheduled 

A deposit will be required for new clients, as well as after one no-show appointment

I will no longer book appointments after two no-shows

No refunds- if you're unhappy with the service, I will fix it once without charge

Method of payment is cash only - GST will be applied to any e-transfer

I won't fill another technician's work, please book a removal and full set
